Shipping policy

Order Confirmation:

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your order has been received and your credit card has been pre-authorized for the purchase. We will then contact our suppliers to confirm the availability of your item for immediate shipment. If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If the item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within five business days), we will process the charges and proceed with the order shipment.

Order Shipment:

Upon confirmation that your order is in stock and the successful processing of your credit card charges, your order will be shipped within five business days from the date of purchase. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout within 24 hours of your order's departure from our warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please contact us at support@vantagerooftoptents.com for assistance.

Damages: 

Upon receiving your item(s), please carefully inspect the packaging for any damage. If you notice any damage, make a note of it when signing for delivery. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to support@vantagerooftoptents.com so we can process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, regardless of whether your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used when placing your order.
