Refund policy
Returns:
You have a 60-day return window from the delivery date to return your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition as when you received it, brand new, and in the original packaging. If the product has been installed, it is not eligible for return. Additionally, no returns will be accepted for items showing ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item has a defect.
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than clear damages, warranty issues, or defects, you will need to cover the return shipping costs.
If the returned item is not in new, unused condition (the same as you received it) and in the original packaging, Vantage Rooftop Tents will charge fees based on the cost of repackaging or repairing the item.
If 60 days have passed since the shipping date, we cannot offer a return, refund, or exchange.
Remember, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned within 60 days of the shipping date.
If the order has already shipped and you still wish to cancel it, you will be charged for the cost of shipping the item back to the warehouse. Restocking fees may also apply.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- No more than 60 days must have passed since the item shipped.
- The item must be in its original packaging, brand new, unused, and without any wear and tear.
We will need pictures of the item (if it was taken out of the box) or of the box/package to ensure it is brand new. Please send these pictures to support@vantagerooftoptents.com.
After we review and approve the pictures, we will provide you with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Please write this number on the return label, not on the package.
We will provide you with the return address, and you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost back to the warehouse.
We advise you to send us the tracking number to support@vantagerooftoptents.com and insure your shipment in case it gets lost. If the carrier loses or damages the shipment, we will not be able to refund you.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. If it is in perfect condition, new, unused, and the box/package is in good condition, we will proceed with a refund.
After your item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Please note:
- If you paid for shipping fees for the initial shipment from us to you, those costs will not be refunded—only the price of the item.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
